Take a journey of discovery through the oldest museum in the Netherlands, together with your parents. Be amazed by wondrous fossils, scientific instruments, minerals, paintings and much more. You’ll find three types of assignments in the scavenger hunt: stickering, hunting and drawing. Have fun!
This activity is available all day and suitable for children and families who do not speak Dutch.

From 5 July to 31 August, the oldest museum in the Netherlands will be in a summer festival spirit again. All summer long, Teylers will bustle with activities: there is something to do for everyone every day. Enjoy the Summer in Teylers is a pleasant voyage of discovery, a refreshing plunge into Teylers’ fascinating history and collection.
Drawing between the paintings, guided tours, workshops and more: all activities are associated with the three pillars of the museum: the sciences, the arts and the ideals of its founder, Pieter Teyler (1702-1778). As part of Enjoy the Summer in Teylers, explore the entire museum in 30 minutes. This Masterpieces tour takes you past the highlights of every room.
